RHB - COURT FLOOR PU PRIMER-1K

DEFINITION
RHB PRIMER PU 150-1K is a one-component, low viscosity, polyurethane based primer. It can be applied to many different types of substrates. The product is characterized by its very low viscosity and stabilizes the curing speed. In this way, it perfectly covers and impregnates almost all types of surfaces, porous (regardless of pore status) or non-porous (glass, metal, etc.), in a holistic/continuous and homogeneous manner. Delay in applying the base coat is not a problem. It can be applied on dry, wet or even fresh concrete as a low-cost effective waterproofing material that increases the durability of the substrate. The cured film has superior mechanical properties. Elongation is %>300 and tensile strength is well above 30 N/mm2. Depending on the pore condition of the substrate, it is applied by brush or roller with a consumption of 100- 200gr/m2.

APPLICATION AREAS

Application areas as primer
- Non-porous substrates such as glass, marble and metal.
- Concrete can also be used as a waterproofing material.

LIMITATIONS
When used in areas exposed to the sun, the color fades. However, this is a purely visual change, its performance is not affected in any way.

APPLICATION
The surface should be cleaned, if possible using a high pressure washer, removing oil, grease, fuel and paraffin residues, as well as mold release agents, cement residues, chips, loose particles and cured membranes. For surface defects, it is recommended to use RHB PRIMER PU 150 treated with sand. Apply with a brush or roller.

CLEANING
Wipe tools and equipment with SOLVENT after cleaning with paper towel. PACKAGE : 20 lt, 5 lt.

SHELF LIFE
It can be stored in its original unopened buckets in dry conditions at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C for a minimum of 12 months. The material in the opened bucket should be used as soon as possible.
