Definition
Two-component, polyurethane based, self-leveling, flexible floor covering for athletics tracks. RHB SPORT PU SELF ATH-200 is a flexible, self-leveling, elastomeric, solvent-free, 2-component polyurethane based floor covering material developed for athletics tracks.

USAGE AREAS
RHB SPORT PU SELF ATH-200 is a multi-purpose sports floor coating applied as a liquid, creating athletic floors with high impact resistance and durability. RHB SPORT PU SELF ATH-200 can be used to cover resilient floors created by laying down mats produced using rubber granules or by pouring rubber granules on site. It is recommended to use a suitable UV resistant topcoat to increase the chemical resistance, color stability of the floors obtained using RHB SPORT PU SELF ATH-200.

If RHB SPORT PU SELF ATH-200 will be applied on concrete floors
Floor temperature should be between 10-30 °C.
The moisture content of the ground concrete should be less than %4. If necessary, it should be measured with a suitable device.
New concrete floors must be at least 28 days old.
The breaking strength of the ground concrete should be Min. 1,5N/mm².

Mixing
RHB SPORT PU SELF ATH-200 is 2-component and is used by mixing in the ratio of A: B-100:65 (weight).In 2-component polyurethane systems, homogeneous mixing of A and B components in the recommended mixing ratios is very important for maximum performance. Component B is poured into component A. It is mixed with a 200-300 rpm mixer for minimum 3 minutes. The walls and bottom of the package are scraped thoroughly with mixer blades and trowel.

EXPENDITURE
To obtain a 2 mm floor covering, between 2-2.5 Kg per 1 m² should be used.

CLEANING
It can be done with thinner when wet. It can be mechanically cleaned after curing.

SHELF LIFE
It should be stored in its original packaging in dry conditions between 15-25 ºC. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Shelf life is 1 year under these conditions.
