DEFINITION
RHB COURT AC-250 CUSHION özel granülimetrik kauçuk ve %100 yüksek performanslı latex bağlayıcı içeren pigmentsiz spor sahası altyapı malzemesidir. KULLANIM YERLERİ : RHB COURT AC-250 CUSHION Akrilik Resurfacer üzerine 3 ila 10 kat uygulanır. Böylece özel granülimetrik kauçuk partikülleri 0,5-1 mm kalınlığında sıkıştırılmış homojen bir kalınlık oluşturur.
Low temperature or high humidity increases drying time. Maximum surface temperature is 50˚C.
SURFACE CONDITIONS
The surfaces on which CUSHION is applied must be free from dust, lifted paint layers, oily materials, chemical residues and similar foreign materials in order to ensure perfect adherence. DISPOSAL : The maximum dilution ratio of CUSHION is 5:1. 1 kg. of product can cover 2 m2 area in a single coat.
Mixture Ratios
CUSHION 50 kg. Water 10 kg. More water may be added in very hot application conditions.
IMPLEMENTATION GUIDE:
System Conditions
CUSHION should be applied in minimum 2 coats. Each coat of CUSHION provides a more homogeneous and dense CUSHION system. It is recommended to apply CUSHION on top of Acrylic Resurfacer. For more information see the Acrylic Resurfacer information sheet.
Application
RHB COURT AC-250 CUSHION is applied from one end of the floor to the other and in parallel coats with a rubber squeegee (since gel) apparatus. When the first coat is completely dry, the second coat should be applied at an angle of 90 degrees with the previous coat.
Drying and Curing Time
In RHB COURT AC-250 CUSHION application, wait at least 4 hours between coats for drying, maximum 2 coats can be applied per day under normal weather conditions. CLEANING : All tools used in applications can be cleaned with water before drying.
MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED IN PRACTICE
Weather Conditions
RHB COURT AC-250 CUSHION should never be applied in rainy and humid weather (when it is raining), the surface temperature for application should be minimum 14˚C and maximum 50˚C.
Interior applications
-In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature and inadequate ventilation may delay the drying time. These three factors should be especially taken into consideration indoors.
