DEFINITION
RHB SPORT PU SELF LEVELING 3025 is a flexible, self-leveling, elastomeric, solvent-free, 2-component polyurethane based sports flooring material.<\/p>

USAGE AREAS
RHB SPORT PU SELF LEVELING 3025 is a multi-purpose sports floor covering applied as a liquid, creating athletic floors with high impact resistance and durability. RHB SPORT SELF 3025 can also be used to cover resilient floors created by laying rubber granulated mats on the ground or by pouring rubber granules on site or by laying polyurethane foam mats on the ground. These multi-layer sports flooring systems have a long service life and are suitable for all traditional sports activities such as basketball and volleyball. They can also be applied on other surfaces such as wood. To increase the chemical resistance and color stability of the floors obtained using RHB SPORT PU SELF 3025, it is recommended to use a suitable UV resistant topcoat.<\/p>

Ground Conditions Required for Application
If RHB SPORT PU SELF 3025 will be applied on concrete floors<\/p>

The moisture content of the ground concrete should be less than %4. If necessary, it should be measured with a suitable device.
The breaking strength of the ground concrete should be Min. 1,5N\/mm\u00b2.<\/p>

Mixing
RHB SPORT PU SELF 3025 is 2-component and is used by mixing in the ratio of A: B-16:3.5 (weight).In 2-component polyurethane systems, homogeneous mixing of components A and B in the recommended mixing ratios is very important for maximum performance. Component A is mixed first and homogenized if there is a collapse. Pour component B into component A. Mix for minimum 3 minutes with a 200-300 rpm mixer. Scrape the walls and bottom of the package thoroughly with mixer blades and trowel.<\/p>

Application
Immediately after making sure that components A and B are homogenously mixed, RHB SPORT PU SELF 3025 is first applied to the surface prepared with a notched trowel or squeegee at a rate between 0.5-06 Kg\/m\u00b2. This application before the final application of RHB SPORT PU SELF 3025 provides a smoother surface and prevents blistering due to possible air bubbles. Although the ability of RHB SPORT PU SELF 3025 to remove air bubbles has been improved with special chemical additives, it is recommended to apply a spiked roller within 10-15 minutes after application.2 Component Polyurethane systems are more reactive to moisture, so contact of the surface with water should be prevented for 24 hours after application. Otherwise foaming may occur.<\/p>

MIX USAGE TIME
The application conditions of 2-component polyurethane systems are very dependent on the ambient temperature. At the same time, the duration of use of the mixture is also very dependent on the amount mixed.<\/p>

With Decreasing Temperature
-The reaction of A and B components slows down-Pan life is longer-Fluidity decreases. In 2. Component Polyurethane systems, component A and component B react chemically and heat is released and the temperature of the mixture increases. The temperature increase is higher and faster with the increase in the amount mixed. Especially on hot days, it is important to spread the mixture immediately on the surface to obtain long working and processing time. Or the mixture can be taken into a pan with a large surface area or small quantities can be mixed by weighing.<\/p>

APPLICATION TOOLS
It can be applied with a notched trowel or squeegee.<\/p>

EXPENDITURE
To obtain a 1 mm floor covering, 1.15-1.25 Kg per 1 m\u00b2 should be used.<\/p>

It can be done with thinner when wet. It can be mechanically cleaned after curing.<\/p>

SHELF LIFE
It should be stored in its original packaging in dry conditions between 15-25 \u00baC. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Shelf life is 1 year under these conditions.<\/p>
