USAGE AREAS
RHB SPORT SEALER ATH-100 is a flexible paste used to ensure the impermeability of sports floors created by casting rubber granules in place or by laying the granules on the floor after turning them into mattresses, to fill the pores and gaps, to make the rubber mattress floor suitable for PU self-level coating.<\/p>

Environmental Conditions Required for Implementation

Surface Preparation
RHB SPORT PU PORE SEALER 4065 should be applied on mattresses laid on the floor and cured. The surface should not be damp or wet. There should be no free weak parts, oil, wax, dust on the surface that will reduce the adhesion forces.<\/p>

Mixing
RHB SPORT PU PORE SEALER 4065 is 2-component and is used by mixing in the ratio of A: B-21:2.5 (weight).In 2-component polyurethane systems, homogeneous mixing of A and B components in recommended mixing ratios is very important for maximum performance. Component A is mixed first and homogenized if there is a collapse. Pour component B into component A. Mix for minimum 3 minutes with a 200-300 rpm mixer. The walls and bottom of the package are scraped thoroughly with mixer blades and trowel. In order to prolong the service life of the mixture, it is recommended to spread it immediately on the surface. If it is not to be poured on the surface, it is recommended to pour it into a container with a large surface area, for example a large pan.<\/p>

Application
Immediately after making sure that components A and B are homogeneously mixed, RHB SPORT PU PORE SEALER 4065 is poured onto the surface prepared and spread on the surface with a metal or rubber squeegee. During spreading, the excess RHB SPORT PORE SEALER 4065 is scraped from the surface by applying pressure to the squeegee and the pores are filled thoroughly.2 Component Polyurethane systems are more reactive to moisture, so contact of the surface with water should be prevented for 24 hours after application. MIX USAGE TIME
The application conditions of 2-component polyurethane systems are very dependent on the ambient temperature. At the same time, the duration of use of the mixture is also very dependent on the amount mixed.<\/p>

With Increasing Temperature
-The reaction of component A and B is accelerated -It gains consistency quickly and therefore should spread more quickly over the surface.<\/p>

With Decreasing Temperature
