DEFINITION
RHB COURT FLOOR PU PRIMER 2K is a transparent, one-component acrylic latex polymer material.<\/p>\n

USAGE AREAS
RHB COURT FLOOR AC-100 is used to increase the adherence of the concrete or asphalt surface where the tennis court system will be applied.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION PROCEDURE<\/p>\n

SURFACE PREPARATION
For the application of RHB COURT FLOOR AC-100, new hot asphalt surfaces must be cured for minimum 14 days and new concrete surfaces must be cured for minimum 28 days. After the mortar residue etc. on the cured surface is removed by light sandblasting or brushing, the selected primer is applied. Loose particles such as old paint, dirt, dust etc. on the old concrete and cement plaster surface are removed by sandblasting, scraping, brushing. Oil and grease residues are cleaned with detergent water, if neutralization is required, the surface is wiped with %3-4 hydrochloric acid or acetic acid solution and washed with pressurized water. Make sure that the floor is completely dry before applying RHB COURT FLOOR AC-100.<\/p>\n

EXPENDITURE
RHB COURT FLOOR AC-100 is a ready-to-use product. 6,5 m2 of floor can be impregnated with 1 kg of product. However, consumption varies depending on the absorbency of the surface.<\/p>\n

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED
-RHB COURT FLOOR AC-100 should never be applied in rainy weather (when it is raining), the surface temperature for application should be minimum 14\u00b0C and maximum 60\u00b0C. It should never be applied above 60\u00b0C.
-In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature and inadequate ventilation may delay the drying time. These three factors should be especially taken into consideration indoors.
Since RHB COURT FLOOR AC-100 is a water-based acrylic polymer, it should be protected from freezing during storage and shipment.<\/p>\n

CLEANING OF TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT
All tools used in applications can be cleaned with water before they dry.<\/p>\n

STORAGE
It should be stored in its unopened original locked packages, in cool and dry places and protected from frost.<\/p>\n

SHELF LIFE
12 months from the date of production at 15-25\u02daC under appropriate storage conditions.<\/p>\n

SECURITY MEASURES
During the application, work clothes, protective clothing, goggles, masks and gloves suitable for Occupational Health and Safety must be used. The application must be carried out in ventilated environments and the applicator company must take all precautions in this regard. Contact of food and beverage materials with products in the application area must be prevented.
