DEFINITION
RHB STONE UV RESIN is a one-component, polyurethane based liquid product with high solids content. It cures with moisture in the air to form a highly durable and elastic film. It has excellent UV resistance and high hydrophobic properties. Due to its aliphatic structure, it does not fade or turn yellow when exposed to sunlight. Its content is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic, aliphatic polyurethane resin, which gives the material excellent chemical, mechanical and thermal resistance as well as UV and other natural factors.<\/p>\n

Environmental Conditions
Havan\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131l nemi en \u00e7ok %80, uygulama s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 (\u00e7evre ve y\u00fczey) +3\u00b0C ile +35\u00b0C aras\u0131nda olmal\u0131d\u0131r. A\u00e7\u0131k alanlarda uygulamaya ba\u015flamadan 24 saat \u00f6nce, uygulama esnas\u0131nda ve uygulamadan 24 saat sonra ya\u011fmurlu olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Zemin s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 o anki \u015febnemle\u015fme (\u00e7i\u011f d\u00fc\u015fme) s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n 3\u00b0C \u00fczerinde olmal\u0131d\u0131r. (Ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131-Ortam Nemi-\u015eebnemle\u015fme S\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tablosunu firmam\u0131zdan isteyiniz.) Sa\u011flam olmayan alt katmanlar i\u00e7in \u00f6nerilmez. Kal\u0131n katlar halinde uygulanmaz. Surface Preparation
The surface should be cleaned using pressurized water if possible; oil, grease, fuel and paraffin wastes should be removed, as well as mold release agents, cement residues, chips, loose particles and cured membranes. The application surface must be DRY.<\/p>\n

Priming
Seramik, mermer gibi g\u00f6zeneksiz y\u00fczeylerde astar (RHB PRIMER) kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Astar\u0131 birikme ve akma yapmas\u0131na izin vermeden temiz bir bezle s\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcz (y\u00fczeyi temizliyormu\u015f gibi).<\/p>\n

Mixing
Elle veya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck devirde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan elektrikli bir mikserle kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n\u0131z. \u0130nceltilmeden uygulanabilir. Gerekti\u011fi durumlarda \u00f6zel solventi kullan\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n

Application
Astar kurur kurumaz (15-20 dakika), ruloyla bir ya da iki kat uygulay\u0131n\u0131z. Katlar aras\u0131ndaki s\u00fcre 24 saati a\u015fmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

CONSUMPTION
Minimum toplam t\u00fcketim: 0,300 kg\/m2<\/p>\n

STORAGE INFORMATION
It can be stored in its original unopened buckets in dry conditions at temperatures between 5\u00b0C and 25\u00b0C for a minimum of 12 months.
