APPLICATION TYPE
Surface preparation
The surface should be cleaned using pressurized water if possible; oil, grease, fuel and paraffin wastes should be removed, and mold release agents, cement residues and chips should be completely removed. Surface defects and cracks should be repaired by filling with suitable products.<\/p>\n

Priming
Regardless of the surface condition (porous or non-porous), it should be used as a primer (RHB PRIMER PU 100-1K or RHB PRIMER EP-100).<\/p>\n

Binder resin application
Following the drying of the primer layer, pebble stone granules, which are the first stage of the application, will be mixed for 10 minutes with the help of a concrete mortar mixing machine or mixer mixer by adding polymer-based, one-component stone binder polymer resin at a ratio of %6.<\/p>\n

FLOOR COVERING CONSTRUCTION APPLICATION<\/p>\n

FOR HORIZONTAL SURFACES
In order to obtain a thickness of 8 mm from stone granules with a thickness of 2-4 mm or 4-7 mm, 0.800 kg of polymer-based stone binder resin should be used for an average of 13 kg of pebble stone granules per square meter.

The mixture is laid on the ground by compacting it with a vibrating machine or trowel as if pouring asphalt.<\/p>\n

In order to obtain a thickness of 5-6 mm from stone granules with a thickness of 2-4 mm or 4-7 mm, 0.420 kg of polymer-based stone binder resin should be used for an average of 8 kg of pebble stone granules per square meter. Thickening powder should be added for thickening and hanging on the wall.<\/p>\n
