RHB-STONE UV RESIN -1K

DEFINITION
RHB STONE UV RESIN is a one-component, polyurethane based liquid product with high solids content. It cures with moisture in the air to form a highly durable and elastic film. It has excellent UV resistance and high hydrophobic properties. Due to its aliphatic structure, it does not fade or turn yellow when exposed to sunlight. Its content is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic, aliphatic polyurethane resin, which gives the material excellent chemical, mechanical and thermal resistance as well as UV and other natural factors.

Can also be used for concrete waterproofing. Can be applied in thick layers, does not bubble.

The usage ratio is %6. It has high wetting and cross-linking properties. Provides fast drying even in cold weather and humid concretes.
Can be easily used on walkways along the coast. Not affected by sea water.

RHB STONE UV RESIN 1K contains absolutely no Epoxy base or Polyester base, which are produced with structural defects and show corrosion, fungus, ultraviolet intolerance reaction.
RHB STONE UV RESIN-1K, 0 is based on a non-yellowing, one-component special polymer resin produced with NANO technology.

In the original buckets, especially large ones, the product may appear colored, but after application it is transparent.

RHB STONE UV RESIN 1K, open structure gravel permeable superstructure system allows water to drain instantly to the base, preventing water from collecting on the surface and allowing water to reach cultivated areas or land drains.
The system provides all the requirements to create a sustainable drainage system and minimizes flood risk by diverting water to designated areas in urban design applications.
In projects designed according to the manufacturer's directives, RHB STONE UV RESIN 1K, the naturally permeable superstructure system allows the discharge of 500 liters of water per minute per square meter.

APPLICATION TYPE

Surface preparation
The surface should be cleaned using pressurized water if possible; oil, grease, fuel and paraffin wastes should be removed, and mold release agents, cement residues and chips should be completely removed. Surface defects and cracks should be repaired by filling with suitable products.

Priming
Regardless of the surface condition (porous or non-porous), (RHB PRIMER PU 100-1K) should be used as primer.

Binder resin application
Following the drying of the primer layer, pebble stone granules, which are the first stage of the application, will be mixed for 10 minutes with the help of a concrete mortar mixing machine or mixer mixer by adding polymer-based, one-component stone binder polymer resin at a ratio of %6.

FLOOR COVERING CONSTRUCTION APPLICATION

FOR HORIZONTAL SURFACES
In order to obtain a thickness of 8 mm from stone granules with a thickness of 2-4 mm or 4-7 mm, 0.800 kg of polymer-based stone binder resin should be used for an average of 13 kg of pebble stone granules per square meter.
(Stone granule sizes can be used in desired sizes)
The mixture is laid on the ground by compacting it with a vibrating machine or trowel as if pouring asphalt.

FOR VERTICAL SURFACES
In order to obtain a thickness of 5-6 mm from stone granules with a thickness of 2-4 mm or 4-7 mm, 0.420 kg of polymer-based stone binder resin should be used for an average of 8 kg of pebble stone granules per square meter. Thickening powder should be added for thickening and hanging on the wall.
