DEFINITION
RHB STONE UV RESIN is a one-component, polyurethane based liquid product with high solids content. It cures with moisture in the air to form a highly durable and elastic film. It has excellent UV resistance and high hydrophobic properties. Due to its aliphatic structure, it does not fade or turn yellow when exposed to sunlight. Its content is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic, aliphatic polyurethane resin, which gives the material excellent chemical, mechanical and thermal resistance as well as UV and other natural factors.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
Environmental Conditions

In open areas, it should not be rainy 24 hours before, during and 24 hours after application.
The ground temperature should be 3°C above the current dew point temperature. (Please ask our company for the ambient temperature-ambient humidity-dew point temperature table).
Not recommended for unsound substrates. Not applied in thick coats.
Types of surfaces that can achieve successful results:
Tiles, cement-based roof tiles, concrete, wood, corroded metal and galvanized steel surfaces.
Surface Preparation
The surface should be cleaned using pressurized water if possible; oil, grease, fuel and paraffin wastes should be removed, as well as mold release agents, cement residues, chips, loose particles and cured membranes. The application surface must be DRY.
Priming
No priming required.
Mixing
Ready to use. Can be applied without dilution. Special solvent can be used when necessary.
CONSUMPTION
Minimum total consumption: 0.1-0.3 kg/m2

STORAGE INFORMATION
It can be stored in its original unopened buckets in dry conditions at temperatures between 5°C and 25°C for a minimum of 12 months. The material in the opened bucket should be used as soon as possible.
