DEFINITION
RHB STONE UV PORE FILLER-1K is a one-component, polyurethane based thixotropic (non-flowing) product. It forms a highly durable and elastic film by curing with moisture in the air. It has excellent UV resistance and high hydrophobic properties. Due to its aliphatic structure, it does not fade or turn yellow when exposed to sunlight. Its content is based on pure elastomeric, hydrophobic, aliphatic polyurethane resin, which gives the material excellent chemical, mechanical and thermal resistance as well as UV and other natural factors. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

The product has a unique structure. It has very high chemical and mechanical-friction resistance.

It has high wetting and cross-linking properties. Provides fast drying even in cold weather and humid concretes.
Can be easily used on walkways along the coast. Not affected by sea water.

RHB STONE UV PORE FILLER-1K contains absolutely no Epoxy base, Acrylic base or Polyester base, which are produced in structural defect and show a reaction of corrosion, fungus, ultraviolet intolerance.

In its original buckets, the product may appear slightly yellowish, but after application it is transparent.

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
Maximum service temperature is 80°C; maximum shock temperature is 200°C.
It is resistant to cold. The film retains its elasticity down to -40°C.

-Effective in water vapor transmission: Since the film breathes, there is no moisture accumulation under the layer.
-Can be applied in thick coats, does not bubble or swell.
