DEFINITION
RHB STONE UV RESIN PU-2K, %100 katı madde içeren, çift komponentli, poliüretan esaslı likit bir üründür. Reaksiyon olarak tepkimeye geçen oldukça dayanıklı ve sert fakat elastik bir film oluşturur. Mükemmel UV direncine ve yüksek hidrofobik özelliğe sahiptir. Alifatik yapısından dolayı güneş ışınlarına maruz kaldığında solmaz, sararmaz. İçeriği, UV ve diğer doğal etkenlerin yanı sıra, kimyasal, mekanik ve termal açıdan malzemeye mükemmel direnç gücü veren saf elastomerik, hidrofobik, alifatik poliüretan reçineye dayanmaktadır

RHB STONE UV RESIN 1K contains absolutely no Epoxy base or Polyester base, which are produced with structural defects and show corrosion, fungus, ultraviolet intolerance reaction.

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
Can be applied without dilution. However, SOLVENT can be used when necessary.
-It has excellent weather and UV resistance.
Its thermal resistance is excellent, the product never softens.
Maximum service temperature is 80°C; maximum shock temperature is 200°C.
It is resistant to cold. The film retains its elasticity down to -40°C.
-Excellent mechanical properties.
-Exhibits effective resistance to chemicals.
-Effective in water vapor transmission: Since the film breathes, there is no moisture accumulation under the layer.
-Can be applied in thick layers, does not bubble.

APPLICATION TYPE

Surface preparation
The surface should be cleaned using pressurized water if possible; oil, grease, fuel and paraffin wastes should be removed, and mold release agents, cement residues and chips should be completely removed. Surface defects and cracks should be repaired by filling with suitable products.

Priming
Regardless of the surface condition (porous or non-porous), it should be used as a primer (RHB PRIMER PU 100-1K or RHB PRIMER EP-100).

Binder resin application
Following the drying of the primer layer, pebble stone granules, which are the first stage of the application, will be mixed for 10 minutes with the help of a concrete mortar mixing machine or mixer mixer by adding polymer-based, one-component stone binder polymer resin at a ratio of %6.

FLOOR COVERING CONSTRUCTION APPLICATION

FOR HORIZONTAL SURFACES
In order to obtain a thickness of 8 mm from stone granules with a thickness of 2-4 mm or 4-7 mm, 0.800 kg of polymer-based stone binder resin should be used for an average of 13 kg of pebble stone granules per square meter.
(Stone granule sizes can be used in desired sizes)

The mixture is laid on the ground by compacting it with a vibrating machine or trowel as if pouring asphalt.

FOR VERTICAL SURFACES
In order to obtain a thickness of 5-6 mm from stone granules with a thickness of 2-4 mm or 4-7 mm, 0.420 kg of polymer-based stone binder resin should be used for an average of 8 kg of pebble stone granules per square meter. Thickening powder should be added for thickening and hanging on the wall.
