RHB-SPORT PU SPRAY ATH-400

DEFINITION
RHB SPORT PU SPRAY VARNISH-ATH 400 is an aliphatic polyurethane resin based, single component, low viscosity, 0 UV and chemical resistant, glossy, top coat protective floor varnish material. It is applied as a protective coating on spray coating and sandwich floor coverings, especially on athletics tracks.

Environmental Conditions
Relative humidity of the air should be minimum and maximum , application temperature (environment and surface) should be between +10°C and +35°C.
In open areas, it should not be rainy 24 hours before, during and 24 hours after application.
The ground temperature should be 3°C above the current dew point temperature. (Please ask our company for the ambient temperature-ambient humidity-dew point temperature table).

Surface Application
The product is applied to the previously prepared and primed surface by roller or airless spraying to saturate the surface.

Recommended consumption
0.200-0.300 kg/m² in 2 layers

Instrument Cleaning
With cellulosic or polyurethane thinner

The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. The lifetime of the material is 1 year in the original unopened packaging and when stored correctly
