DEFINITION
RHB SPORT PU TOPCOAT MAT VARNISH is an aliphatic acrylic resin based, two component, low viscosity, high UV resistant, matt floor coating material.

APPLICATION INFORMATION

Surface Information
The application surface must be clean and sound. The application time of the previous primer or intermediate coat should be observed.

Durability
Mechanically, it withstands mechanical impact of medium and high weight. Thermally, it withstands +80°C at humid temperature (without simultaneous chemical and mechanical action), +120°C at dry temperature.

Environmental Conditions

Preparation of the Mixture
It is a two-component product and should be prepared at the specified mixing ratio as much as the amount to be consumed, taking into account the mixing life. In order to obtain a homogeneous mixture, the product temperature should not be less than 15°C. Component A should be mixed quickly with a mechanical mixer and hardener (Component B) should be added by paying attention to the mixing ratio. Components A and B should be mixed with a mechanical mixer for at least 3 minutes until homogenous.

Surface Application
The mixture is made ready for application and applied by roller or airless spraying to saturate the surface. Recommended consumption is 100-150 gr/m2 in 2-3 coats. The minimum application time for a new coat is 4 hours (20°C) and there is no maximum limit. It is very important to apply the second coat within the new coat application time mentioned above. It reaches full mechanical and chemical resistance in approximately 7 days.

PACKAGING INFORMATION
A 16.5 kg set of RHB SPORT PU TOPCOAT MAT VARNISH consists of 15 kg net A component in a bucket and 1.5 kg net B component in a gallon.

STORAGE INFORMATION
The material should be stored in a cool and dry place. When stored correctly and in the original unopened packaging, the lifetime of the material is 1 year for component A and 6 months for component B.
