Acrylic Sports Flooring

DEFINITION
RHB COURT FLOOR AC-310, quartz dolgu içermeyen %100 akrilik latex bağlayıcılı, talebi halinde özel renkleride üretilebilen, yüksek kaliteli saf bir kaplamadır.

USAGE AREAS
RHB COURT FLOOR AC-310 Rubber squeegee apparatus or roller application provides homogeneous distribution to the smallest points of the floor and creates a very smooth, hard and high tear resistance coating. It can also be used for renovation purposes on existing painted tennis court floors.

Low temperature or high humidity increases drying time. Maximum surface temperature is 50˚C.

SURFACE PREPARATION
New hot asphalt surfaces must be cured for a minimum of 14 days and new concrete surfaces must be cured for a minimum of 28 days before the application of one of the RHB Tennis Court Systems. Loose particles such as old paint, dirt, dust, etc., oil and grease residues should be removed from the surface, care should be taken to ensure that the floor is completely dry before applying RHB PRECOAT.

SURFACE REPAIRS
The court surface is wetted with water and left to dry. During drying, water accumulates in hollow areas. After these areas are identified with chalk, they should be repaired with RHB Acrylic Repair Binder after the surface is completely dry.

APPLICATION GUIDE
Application
The application of RHB COURT AC-300 should be done with a rubber squeegee in the same direction as the floor. If the floor is hot, the floor should be moistened with water spray for a good application. Water should not be allowed to collect on the applied floor. The material is also suitable for roller applications.

Drying and Curing Time
If RHB COURT AC-300 is applied in two coats, at least 4 hours should be allowed between coats for drying and at least 24 hours should be allowed for full curing after the topcoat.

CLEANING
All tools used in applications can be cleaned with water before they dry.

APPLICATION CONSIDERATIONS:

Weather Conditions
RHB COURT FLOOR AC-310 should never be applied in rainy weather (while it is raining), the surface temperature for application should be minimum 14˚C and maximum 60˚C.

Interior applications
-In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature and inadequate ventilation may delay the drying time. These three factors should be especially taken into consideration indoors.

Frost protection
Since RHB COURT FLOOR AC-100 is a water-based acrylic polymer, it should be protected from freezing during storage and shipment.
