DEFINITION
RHB COURT AC-260 CUSHION özel granülimetrik kauçuk ve %100 yüksek performanslı latex bağlayıcı içeren pigmentsiz spor sahası altyapı malzemesidir.

USAGE AREAS
RHB COURT AC-260 CUSHION Acrylic Resurfacer is applied in 3 to 10 coats on top of RHB COURT AC-260 CUSHION Acrylic Resurfacer so that the special granulimetric rubber particles form a compacted homogeneous thickness of 1-4 mm thick.

SURFACE PREPARATION
New hot asphalt surfaces must be cured for a minimum of 14-21 days before any Tennis Court system application.

SURFACE CONDITIONS
Surfaces on which CUSHION is applied must be free from dust, lifted paint layers, oily materials, chemical residues and similar foreign materials in order to ensure perfect adherence.

EXPENDITURE
The maximum dilution ratio of CUSHION is 5:1. 1 kg. of product can cover 2 m2 in a single coat. However, the consumption varies depending on the roughness of the surface.

Mixture Ratios
CUSHION 50 kg. Water 10 kg. More water may be added in very hot application conditions.

APPLICATION GUIDE

System Conditions
CUSHION should be applied in minimum 2 coats. Each coat of CUSHION provides a more homogeneous and dense CUSHION system. It is recommended to apply CUSHION on top of Acrylic Resurfacer. For more information see the Acrylic Resurfacer information sheet.

Application
RHB COURT AC-260 CUSHION is applied from one end to the other end of the floor with a rubber squeege (since gel) apparatus and in parallel layers. If the application is made in hot weather conditions, water should be sprayed to keep the surface moist. When the first layer is completely dry, the second layer should be applied at an angle of 90 degrees with the previous one.

Drying and Curing Time
In RHB COURT AC-250 CUSHION application, wait at least 4 hours between coats for drying, maximum 2 coats can be applied per day under normal weather conditions. CLEANING : All tools used in applications can be cleaned with water before drying.

MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED IN PRACTICE

Weather Conditions
RHB COURT AC-250 CUSHION should never be applied in rainy and humid weather (when it is raining), the surface temperature for application should be minimum 14˚C and maximum 50˚C.

Interior applications
-In indoor applications, high relative humidity, low temperature and inadequate ventilation may delay the drying time. These three factors should be especially taken into consideration indoors.
