Product Description:

WATER-BASED REPAIR AND BONDING MATERIAL FOR ASPHALT AND CONCRETE

It is an acrylic emulsion based, water-based, flexible material that provides good adhesion to rough asphalt and concrete surfaces.

RHBpur Court AC-200 is an acrylic emulsion-based and water-based material that provides better adhesion to asphalt and concrete surfaces by filling the rough and porous structure.

APPLICATION AREAS

RHBpur Court® can be safely used for amateur and professional tennis court applications on asphalt and concrete surfaces. It is also suitable for basketball, volleyball and similar court applications.

SURFACE PREPARATION

New Asphalt Surface: Before preparing the new asphalt surface, the old surface should be treated with filler (including moisture content %5). The surface should be covered with Geotextile (80 gr/m² - 120 gr/m²) before asphalt application. Asphalt is applied with the required slope according to the standards. Wait 14 days to reach the desired dryness level. Capillary cleaning should be done with 6 bar pressurized water to remove dust, stains and dirt.

Concrete Surface: Surfaces must be cleaned from dust, stains and dirt. Depending on the filler particle size, repair is done with RHBpur Court AC-250 or RHBpur Court AC-260.

APPLICATION

RHBpur Court AC-200, %60 silika kumuyla karıştırılır ve %30-40 oranında su ile inceltilir. 1 veya 2 katman olarak bir sıyırıcı ile uygulanır.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Products should be stored in clean and dry areas and kept away from sun, rain, hot and cold weather conditions. Unopened products can be stored for 12 months.

Asphalt Surface

Old Asphalt Surface: Surfaces should be cleaned from dust, stains and dirt. A gas lamp should be used to warm up the surface before applying new asphalt to ensure better adhesion. Depending on the filler particle size, the repair is done with RHBpur Court AC-250 or RHBpur Court AC-260. After the surface has dried, capillary cleaning should be done with 6 bar pressurized water.
