DEFINITION
RHB SPORT PU BINDER 100 is a polyurethane-based, one-component, solvent-free sbr, epdm rubber binder material for bulk types, designed for bonding mattresses used in flexible, seamless floor applications produced for sports fields. It has a structure resistant to chemical effects, physical stresses and minor ground movements.

APPLICATION
Rubber SBR and EPDM rubber granules are mixed in a suitable mixer and mixed with RHB SPORT PU BINDER (- ) ratio for 5-10 minutes. After this application, the mixture is poured into the finisher machine. Finally, the material can be applied to the surface in the desired thickness.

STORAGE
Materials must be stored in temperature-controlled warehouses kept at 10 -30°C and protected from sunlight and humidity. Materials should be kept away from open flames and sources of fire hazard. Under these conditions, the material will maintain its properties for 9-12 months from the date of production in its unopened package.
