DEFINITION
RHB SPORT PU BINDER 100 is a polyurethane-based, one-component, solvent-free sbr, epdm rubber binder material for bulk types, designed for bonding mattresses used in flexible, seamless floor applications produced for sports fields. It has a structure resistant to chemical effects, physical stresses and minor ground movements.

ADVANTAGES
RHB SPORT BINDER, Polyurethane based, single component. Solvent free. It is used as a binder of rubber granules inside the shock absorbing layer. It is used for bonding the mattresses used in seamless floor applications to the floor. The surface structures of the bonded surfaces may be similar or different. It has a structure resistant to chemical effects, physical stresses and minor ground movements. Can be easily applied on floors with underfloor heating. Elastic. Multi-purpose. Can be used on all kinds of floors and indoors/outdoors.

%15-%18, SBR Granüllerde: %19-%20 oran ile yüksek bağlama gücün sahiptir.

APPLICATION
Kauçuk SBR ve EPDM kauçuk granülleri uygun bir karıştırıcıda karıştırılarak RHB SPORT PU BINDER (%15- %20) oranında 5-10-dakika karıştırılır. Bu uygulamadan sonra karışım finisher makinesine dökülür. Son olarak malzeme istenilen kalınlıkta yüzeye uygulanabilir.

STORAGE
Materials must be stored in temperature-controlled warehouses kept at 10 -30°C and protected from sunlight and humidity. Materials should be kept away from open flames and sources of fire hazard. Under these conditions, the material will maintain its properties for 9-12 months from the date of production in its unopened package.
