Joint Sealants and Repair Mortars

DEFINITION
RHB SEAL PU FLEX JOINT-2K is a two-component, polyurethane based, high performance, ideal filling material developed for wide horizontal joints. It has excellent resistance to different climatic and temperature conditions. In addition to its effective waterproofing properties, it also shows very good resistance to chemicals and other destructive factors.

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
✓ As registered underSS-S-200E, it is resistant to petroleum derivatives in case of accidental contact.
They have special linings for almost every substrate.

APPLICATION DETAILS
It is recommended to apply in the temperature range of +5°C, +25°C. At higher temperatures, the pot life of the material decreases.

Surface Preparation
Make sure that the joint is very well cleaned and dry before starting the application. If the bottom of the joint is open, polyethylene (or polystyrene) sealant should be used and placed with a gap of approximately half the joint width.

Priming
Suitable primer should be used according to the condition of the surface and weather conditions during the application process.

APPLICATION
Mix components A and B thoroughly and pour slowly into the joint. Alternatively, a spatula or a suitable sealant gun can be used.

CLEANING
Clean equipment and tools first with paper towels and then wipe with acetone or xylene.

SHELF LIFE
Can be stored in unopened original buckets in dry conditions at ±20°C for a minimum of 12 months
